This policy explains what Catracho Consulting LLC ("we") collects through this website and how we use it.
What we collect
- Contact form: the name, business, phone or email, and message you type in. The form is processed by our web host, Netlify, Inc.
- Automation checkup: on the automation score page, your answers are scored in your browser. If you ask for a plan, we receive your answers, score, name, business, email, optional mobile number, and the ad campaign that brought you (if any).
- Text messages: we text you only if you check the box asking us to, and only about your request. Reply STOP to opt out anytime. We never share or sell mobile numbers or text consent.
- Server logs: our host may record standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.
The automation score page may use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms, Inc., to measure whether our Facebook and Instagram ads work (for example, that someone finished the checkup or asked for a plan). Meta may use cookies for this. You can manage ad settings in your Facebook or Instagram account. The rest of the site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
We use what you send us only to reply to you and to discuss work you asked about. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it except with service providers that run this website, or when the law requires it.
Client data from our services
Data processed by Books in a Box stays on hardware the client owns, at the client's location. How we handle client data is set out in each client's service agreement, not in this website policy.
Do Not Track
This site doesn't track visitors across other websites, so it treats all visitors the same whether or not a Do Not Track signal is sent.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep contact messages only as long as needed to reply and for normal business records. To see, correct, or delete what you sent us, call or text the number below.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page.
