What your free plan looks like

Sample plan · landscaping company, made-up numbers

Task: copying every website inquiry into a spreadsheet, then texting the customer. Score 82, about 9 hours a month.

How I'd automate it: the website form adds a row to your Google Sheet, emails the customer a reply with your booking link, and texts you the details. If nobody follows up in 24 hours, you get a reminder.

Tools: your existing Google account and website form, plus one automation tool (about $20/mo, billed to you).

Price: $750 fixed (founding client), live in about 2 weeks, 30 days of fixes included.

What I need from you: 20 minutes to show me how you do it today.

    Questions

    Who's behind this?

I'm Jared Ponce, founder of Catracho Consulting LLC in Phoenix. I build automation, websites and apps for local businesses, and I run my own server lab. My first automation client is my family's car wash.

    Do I need new software?

Usually not. Most automations connect the apps you already use, like your email, Google Sheets, QuickBooks, Square or your booking tool. If a piece is missing, the plan says what and what it costs.

    Is my data safe?

Automations run on tools you own the accounts for. For sensitive work like bookkeeping, the AI can run on a small computer in your own building, so your data isn't sent to an AI company.

What if my task scores low?

Then it's probably not worth paying to automate, and I'll say so. Try your next most annoying task. Low scores usually mean the work changes a lot each time or doesn't take much time.
